In RENEW for Positive Change & Transformation

Why Reunite? We are stronger together than apart—and life is simply better when we move through it together.

Are you separated from loved ones? Has it been a long time since you saw people whom you care about? Are you depleted by disagreements among those around you? Are you challenged by people who are not working together in the workplace to achieve a common mission or a higher goal?

A rich solution to solve any of these challenges is to seek and find ways to reunite and unify. Whether you reunite physically, emotionally, or intellectually in shared goals, passion,  or purpose, the reunion of separate pieces fortifies the whole. This reuniting is not just about bringing people together, but it brilliantly extends to unifying ideologies, priorities, goals, attitudes, and perceptions. Getting everyone on the same page enables us to get more done—and then at other times, we reunite with friends or loved ones just for fun!

Team Unity

“I would rather have 1% of the efforts of 100 people than 100% of my own.”

—Unknown

Every time I speak to a team or organization, it is my greatest hope and intention that the words I share will inspire them to work well together. When teams pull together to serve a higher purpose, their synergy builds momentum and helps everyone head in the right direction. A unified team is a force to be reckoned with. When people pull together, have each other’s backs, and strive to achieve a clearly defined purpose, the culture is empowered to produce extraordinary outcomes.

What can be Reunited?

  • Family
  • Friends
  • Work teams; sports teams
  • Colleagues
  • Your words, deeds, and actions with your greater purpose
  • Ideas, opinions, and principles which help bring clarity, solutions, and progress

Be willing to create the space, the place, and the effort to reunite with people who matter to you—personally or professionally—with whom you share a common purpose. Network and be willing to reach out to people to keep your connections strong. Enjoy the rewards of being together.

“I like to see people reunited, I like to see people run to each other, I like the kissing and crying, I like the impatience, the stories that the mouth can’t tell fast enough, the ears that aren’t big enough, the eyes that can’t take in all the change, I like the hugging, the bringing together, the end of missing someone.”
