Why Reawaken? Moving toward an enlightened and informed mindset encourages a shift in consciousness which taps into your intuitive nature and timeless knowing for truth.

Time is passing lightning fast and you are burning earth years. Your moments in this lifetime are fleeting, so use the time you have now and ahead to utilize your amazing skills and gifts to the fullest—and leave your mark. And in the words of Brendan Burchard, Live, Love, Matter!

Every morning you get to awaken to a new day. And every night as you sleep, you will hopefully experience rest, renewal, and rejuvenation.

The zombie apocalypse television shows have been wildly popular and have created a cult-like following. Sadly, we see many people who live their lives that way. They are unengaged, uninvolved, noncommittal, and blowing in the wind.

While it is evident they are breathing, walking, and talking, they seem to be asleep at the wheel, wandering aimlessly, without any plan or a desire to wake up and live the life of their intentional making. Their lives are spent missing the possibilities and staying stuck in unhappy lives.

In real life, some people choose to exist in that state, while others would love nothing more than to live a joyful and productive existence. The problem? They do not know how to awaken, get unstuck, and get moving. These simple wake-up calls will keep you from slumbering during the times you would rather not!

Wake Up! Your Life Is Calling!

7 Concepts to REWAKEN to:

  1. You truly have unlimited choices and possibilities.
  2. You can embrace and act on new opportunities.
  3. You are surrounded by beauty.
  4. You can be restored and inspired by the sights, sounds, and smells of nature.
  5. Gratitude for your freedom and blessings expands your abundance.
  6. You have the ability to find and create solutions.
  7. You can love your life.

Your Ego versus Your Essence

In the striving, stress, and struggle of our daily lives, it is easy to lose sight of who we truly are. The ego is so busy handling our affairs for survival, it often overrides the calm essence at our core.

Your essence is your eternal and ethereal source for love, harmony, acceptance, wisdom. It is an unlimited connection to a higher source and purpose. Everything in life becomes more profound when you are a co-creator with Spirit.

The ego is your logical and rational mind. It can guide you well in your thinking and pragmatic approach. However, it can also create emotional responses which spur on judgment, intolerance, fear, worry, and hate. Wayne Dyer defined ego as, Edging God Out. Which one guides your life more often—your ego or your essence?

My friend Cheri’s own life-coach, Daniela Popa, encouraged her to speak this affirmative daily mantra to help guide her in living a happy and fulfilling life: “Today, no matter what I’m doing, no matter who I’m doing it with, and no matter where I’m going, it is my dominant intent to please myself because it brings me joy and puts me in alignment with my spirit. That is the greatest gift I can give the world.”

Isn’t there a place of pure joy where we would all love to live? When you focus on connecting with your truest essence, that spiritual center of love and acceptance, you will reawaken to aspects of yourself you cannot yet imagine.
